Upgraded Sewer Line:
Construction scheduled completion is Febuary 2001. A new 30 inch sewer line is currently being installed along Crescent Road which requires a new pump station (estimated at $1.2 million). Municipal funds for the pump are currently unavailable and the developer should be prepared to up front the cost of the pump station in order to proceed with any proposed redevelopment.
